Returns / Exchanges
As all our artworks are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds on non-faulty items.

Damages & Issues
In the unlikely event that your print or frame is damaged, you will need to report this within one week from the received delivery. All queries should be sent to hello@frankframes.store.

Please include an image of the product as well as of the package along with your order number. As soon as we receive your request, we’ll send step-by-step instructions on how to return your order:

  • Repack the item in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in.
  • Once we receive your returned order, we’ll replace it or refund it, including any shipping costs.
  • We process all refunds within 28 days.

Missing Delivery
In case there is any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days from when your order shows as delivered and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and are disposed. Should you want to be sent another print/frame with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed Orders
Orders delivered that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and are disposed. Should you want to be sent another print/frame, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
